tyler LOVES the snow!
it is fun....but shoveling our ridiculously long driveway....hmmmm.....
i never shoveled our driveway or any type of snow before....we've lived her 2 yrs and last year i was pregnant...so that was my excuse :) and david said b/c we had subarus he didnt need to shovel our driveway..lol...so needless to say i am not pregnant this year and my turn for preschool was coming up and i didnt want all my preschool moms to get stuck in our driveway....so i decided to shovel!
and ya know what....i really liked it....it was kinda calming and relaxing, just me being out there shoveling away...and i was pretty good at it....it took like 20 mins....i was expecting to be out there for about an hour...but man i was cruising....again, i have never shoveled a driveway, so i really did know the proper "technique" :) but man, i did awesome!!

p.s. i dont know why i left that little spot by the garage...but by the time i was done, i noticed it and i was done :)
so anyways...the lights look good too dont they?! this was our first year with lights....i loved them! minus the burnt out lights that of course had to be all the way on the top & at the hardest spot to get to, but hey, i think the house still looked awesome!! thanks for all your hard work babe!!

Nice work! 20 minutes is good I think for that size of driveway all by yourself! Your house with the lights up looks so cute.
Welcome to the Parkinson Family--where the women shovel and the men. . . don't shovel. Except for Joe. He's a great shoveler. But I love to shovel as well. It just feels good!! Cute Tyler. Get him a little shovel so he can help you.
