Hee Haw Farms

The Tuesday before Halloween Janaca, Britney, Katie and I went to Hee Haw farms with the kids. Erin and Jana were supposed to come too, but got way too lost, sorry guys!!! glad you made it to have a little fun though!!!
It is this cute little farm thing for kids with a bunch of activities. Britney and I went last year with the ward and had a great time, so Janaca set us all up and here we are at Hee Haw
Oh yeah I cant forget about telling this story. So we get there, I grab my camera and start taking pics and then i go back to check and see how they look and guess what, yup, no memory card, i was freaking out.....katie did have a memory stick in her camera and brittney had no more room on hers, it was bad, we need a camera!!!! so i make a frantic call to David, his work is right next to this place, he says he has one, so the girls watch my kids, i rush over there, get the card and yes! we are back in business. 250 pics later and this heres the post! The crazy fast slide! You seriously would have to be at the bottom to catch the kids or they would fly right out!

Then we went over to the little corn box. Tyler wasnt too fond of it at first as you can see....

but a little coaxing and all the other boys having fun, made him try it out again :)

I think they stayed in this thing for well over a half an hour, us moms were just like, hey lets do this, or lets go here, but nope, they just wanted to stay and play and throw the corn everywhere :)

then Tyler started throwing corn at us and then we decided we were done :)

On our way to the corn maze we stopped for alittle photo op with the kids...they really are the cutest boys ever!

Then we ventured into the corn maze...Britney and I went last year and it was not a successful corn maze trip...we eventually had to cut throw the corn maze, me 8 months pregnant, stroller and 2 14 mth olds in tow, fun!!! Check us out here!
This time we did a lot better with the help of Janaca as our lead!

We followed the signs, but when we came across the wrong way...i turned to britney and she gave me this face...

So we made it! now on to the next adventure.....

Janaca was brave enough to put Jordan down by himself....and he wanted to go again after so I guess he liked it!

Britney went with Jackson...I love how Jacksons is having a great time and Britney is freaking out, ha ha, i cant say anything check my pics out!

So they made it climbable this year, last year, no lie, it was nearly impossible to get up there with the minimal amount of steps they made, this year was definitely more kid friendly and we got up there fine. But then Tyler started freaking out, the woman took him, i was trying how to sit there and not go down without him, so she said put your leg down and ill toss him to you and she did and we flew down!

Whew, i screamed the whole way down and Tyler and I didnt go again :)

So as Jackson and Jordan went down a few more times, Katie and I took the boys that didnt want to go, Tyler and Sam, to play on some of the other things they had...

this train was supposed to be really fun, but it wasnt running when we went, sad! but they still had fun pretending

So everyone was done with the slide, so we headed over to check out the animals

This was funny. So we were looking at the ponies and there were flies all over their eyes, so Tyler kept rubbing his eyes and saying bugs, eye!! It was funny, he felt their pain

Toward the end, all the kids were cracking....we were there for almost 2 hrs. So Britney sat on this race car thing and this random little girl starts pushing her around the farm, were like, cool!

This was funny too, Sam had had enough, so he got on the ground, but wouldnt not put his head down or feet down and im like Katie what is he doing, shes like, he doesnt want to get dirty, it was too cute, he did get some hay on him and then realized he should stand back up, i dont know if you understand, but it was funny, good times!

Well we were done, we had a great time, the weather was perfect, the boys did great and its always nice to hang out with you fun ladies!! thanks for coming!!

p.s. yes Hailey was there, I know I have no pictures of her and I know I always say this, but she was seriously being an angel, it was her nap time, I wanted her to fall asleep, but she was just watching everything and everybody and being the best little baby I could ask for! Thank you Hailey, you're the best!

Family

So my dad stayed with us for about 6 weeks and we would always talk about taking pictures with him and the kids, but never really did and this is why.....

My kids would give the perfect smile and my dad would never open his eyes! It was really funny! We would take picture after picture and still his eyes would never open, he would blame it on the light, then on his glasses, oh dear everything....so we'd fix it and try again and again my kids would look beautiful and my poor dad just couldnt give me a good look, lol! Ha ha love you dad

We also had a fun family dinner the sunday we got back from Vegas. My uncle from Bolivia was in town and all the cousins got together to see him. We had a yummy dinner with apple juice and rolls and yummy creme puffs (thanks everyone!)
So then we were waiting and waiting and waiting for our uncle, who didnt have a cell phone and left st george at around one and it was like 7! We were getting kinda worried but finally he called and made it to the house! We looked at some pictures he had taken from Miami and saw all our relatives then we saw pictures from Bolivia! It was really fun to have everyone over, it always is and it was fun to look at pictures and spend time together!
Then of course we had to take a picture, so here we all areAnthony, Uncle Pepe, Roland, Andrea, Wendy, Tyler, Me, Hailey and Dave

Woo-hoo

Well as you can tell, David has saved the day and fixed my computer, well he actually gave me a new one and is trying to get my pictures off the old one, it totally crashed anyways, luckily I still had all my pics on my memory card! YAY for me!
So I just wanted to say thanks babe for getting me back on line, you're the best..

Leaving on a Jet Plane

Our Trip to Vegas was over....we had a great time spending time with family, thanks for having us Dyes!
So we got to the airport a bit early, we didnt leave til 4:50 and i think we were there at around 2:30, so we had time to walk around, eat and hang out on the floor by Hailey! I swear the amount of looks I got was priceless! The amount of help was too! People would see my helpless self, some would laugh but the majority would help!
Going through security in Salt Lake is a little different than Vegas, I think the people in Salt Lake expect big families and bigger strollers, but in Vegas, they took one look at my stroller and said uh, you need to wait over here, I was like yeah you just cant check it right here, they're like oh no, hold on maam' so we waited as everyone went through and our stuff was on the other side, finally someone came over and lifted the stroller over and then they let us through. The guy was nice though, he was talking to me and asking me about the kids, he was telling me that he was one 2 yr old and that he doesnt want anymore, it was funny, so he kept telling me good luck and that he hopes they are well on the plane, i just kept saying yeah they definitely keep my life exciting! The other guys were playing with Tyler as he tried to escape, he would look around and try to run to the water fountain and the nice security guard would keep giving him stickers, which he never likes, he got like 6 of them, anyways, we finally got everything back in the stroller, kids included and everyone waved and said good luck :)
then as we are walking to the gate, people are just staring at me as Hailey started getting antsy and hungry, but sorry what could i do i was in line for food, ha ha anyways, everything was all good once we got food ! Then after all that, we still had about an hour and a half left, so I let Hailey play around and Tyler loved watching the planes! Then we got to pre board and the flight lady is like oh the front row is open and she said we could have it (we were in the back) I was like okay cool, well no not so cool, when we were about to take off, she asks for all my bags, im like uh, excuse me, she says that i cannot have anything loose in the front row because there is not a seat in front of me to put the bags under...i was like oh my goodness are you kidding me, dont you see I have 2 kids and my bags will keep them sane and quiet on the ride and if I dont have them, then thats all out the window, arghhh.....i was still in shock as I took out some essentials and gave her my lifeline. Hello, why would you give me the front seat, you saw i had two kids and I'm alone! do you think they will just sit through this 56 minute flight, they didnt have naps, note to self: never accept the front row again!!! anyways, it all worked out, they did get a little antsy toward the end, but the lovely older ladies sitting next to me kept smiling and talking to Hailey she loved it, oh yeah and also in the front row, the flight attendants are looking right at you the whole time, so they kept telling me, uh can you please put his seat belt back on when Tyler would take it off, uh so annoying, but yeah we made it! The kids were really great! When we were getting off and I was getting my stuff from the top, the lady next to me said oh you did such a good job, aww thanks lady, it was nice, all the people sitting by me were so sweet! So then we were the first ones off, but the strollers are the last, of course! :) so we waited and waited and finally got to the stroller, met daddy and made it home in one piece!!! gotta love traveling!!!

Random in Vegas

So I talked about how I would play volleyball with the cement wall and how sometimes by big powerful arm would serve it over the wall, well on one of our walks, my mom and I held Kate and Tyler over the wall and said hi to everyone else on the other side and everyone was looking at us like we were crazy and how in the world we were able to do this....well, this is why....

see how tall the wall is on Brittneys side! well yeah so obviously the other side is elevated, so one day when i again hit the ball over the wall, Brittney wanted to check out the other side, so these are pics of her checkin it out.....

and heres Hailey taking some steps! She likes to walk a lot better than crawl, so Grandma was helping her out a bit and Hailey was just smiling away!

Yup! we went to the midnight showing of High School Musical 3, me and Kev! We had a marathon that day, we watched the 1st one and the 2nd one and were all ready for 3rd :)

It was fun and such a cute movie! Love High School Musical!
